In
2022, BPS Salatiga City will carry out the National Labor Force Survey
(Sakernas), which is a survey specifically designed to collect employment data.
Sakernas is held semi-annually, namely Semester I in February and Semester II
in August 2022.
In
general, the purpose of collecting data for the February 2022 Sakernas is to
provide basic sustainable employment data. In particular, Sakernas aims to
obtain estimated data on the number of working people, the number of unemployed
and other employment indicators, as well as representative developments at the
national and provincial levels. In addition, Sakernas February 2022 also has a
specific purpose to collect information related to the impact of COVID-19 on
employment in Indonesia.
The
data collected is information from each selected household member regarding the
general condition of each household member (name, relationship with the head of
the household, gender, month and year of birth and age). For household members
aged 5 years and over, information was collected on the Population
Identification Number (NIK), marital status, school participation, education
and training, place of residence 5 years ago, disability, work activities in
the past week, main job, search activities. work/preparing for new businesses,
work experience and other activities as well as the Work Card Program.
The
implementation of field activities starts from January 27, 2022 to February 18,
2022. It is hoped that all levels of society can participate in the success of
the February 2022 Sakernas data collection. Quality and accurate data educates
the nation for advanced Indonesia.
