UBINAN SURVEY ASSISTANCE BY THE FOOD AND AGRICULTURE SERVICES OF SALATIGA MUNICIPALITY

The commodity rice plays a very vital role considering its function as a staple food for Indonesian people. Calculation of rice productivity is supported through food crop tile surveys carried out by both the Central Statistics Agency and the Food and Agriculture Service.

Tuesday, April 22 2025, BPS-Statistics of Salatiga Municipality collaborated with the Ubinan Activities carried out by the Food and Agriculture Service (Dispangtan) of Salatiga City. The tiling activity was carried out in the Rice Fields of the Jadi Makmur Farmers Group, Krasak, Ledok Village, Argomulyo District and was attended by the Head of BPS-Statistic of Salatiga Municipality, Mr. Aguskadaryanto, SST and the Head of Dispangtan of Salatiga Municipality, Mrs. Henni Mulyani, SE, MAP, MA.

Before carrying out the tiles, BPS-Statistics of Salatiga Municipality explained the SOP for Rice Ubinan Survey to the officers who would be tiling them. Starting from determining sample points, installing the tile tool, threshing procedures, to weighing the harvest, you must comply with applicable rules so that the tile yield figures are accurate and reliable. After laying tiles on a plot measuring 2.5 m x 2.5 m, the resulting tiles weighed 4.74 kilograms. (RD)
