Complete Enumeration Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (PL-KUMKM) is a complete data collection activity on all actors and business units/companies with micro, small and medium scale enterprises within the territory of the State of Indonesia. The Complete Enumeration Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises will be carried out in stages starting in 2022 and is targeted to be completed in 2024. The main objective of the Complete Enumeration Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is to obtain data profiles of Cooperatives and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprisesengaged in various business activities except agricultural businesses.
In 2023, Salatiga City will be one of the cities carrying out PL-KUMKM data enumeration. The existence of a business unit/company will be identified by field officers by visiting each building in the Local Environmental Unit (SLS). Meanwhile, data collection on business characteristics and other information is carried out by conducting interviews with business unit owners/managers of business units/companies in the building (door to door).
This PL-KUMKM activity was carried out by officers from BPS-Statistics Salatiga Municipality in the period 15 September – 14 October 2023. The success of this PL-KUMKM activity was not only determined by BPS-Statistics officers alone, but the support of all levels of society participated in determining the success of this data collection. By receiving officers from BPS-Statistics, then being cooperative respondents and providing honest answers can create quality statistical data for Advanced Indonesia. Data obtained in the data collection process will be used as a basis for the government to determine policies for the nation's progress.
