Complete the 2022 SKP Together

On January 9, 2023 BPS City of Salatiga held an activity "Filling in with SKP 2022". This activity was carried out because most employees did not understand the procedures for filling out SKP through the Kippap application developed by BPS RI. The presenter in the SKP Ngibar activity was Fahmi Rizal, General Subdivision staff from 13.30 WIB until it was finished. Even though the Kippap application has provided a video tutorial on how to fill in the SKP, it seems that many employees still don't understand the contents, so the initiative emerged to hold the 2022 SKP Ngibar activity.

In this activity, Fahmi explained the procedure for filling in the 2022 SKP starting from the Team Leader's Performance Plan to each team member. The explanation given by Fahmi was sufficient to open an understanding for employees in filling out the SKP through the Kippap application. A brief guide on how to fill in the SKP that has been made by Fahmi and the 2022 Employee Performance Tree that has been compiled is also quite helpful in filling out the SKP, especially in 2022. Furthermore, from this activity it is hoped that employees will be able to fill in the Employee Performance Targets through the Kippap application independently both for the year 2022 and 2023.
