Entering this July, the satker is busy with preparations for the preparation of the Financial Statements for Semester I 2022. However, unlike previous years, this year the preparation of the State Property Report (BMN) and Financial Report (LK) was preceded by the migration process for the initial inventory balance, fixed assets, and GL Reporting on the SAKTI website. So that in order to make the Initial Balance migration a success in June 2022, the work units in the KPPN Semarang II coordination area have been given offline End User Training (EUT SAKTI) training. This initial balance migration via SAKTI is mandatory because it is related to the transition of all applications, both financial and goods, which last year were still using offline and stand-alone applications, for example, for inputting inventory transactions using the inventory application, for recording assets using SIMAK BMN and for recording finances recorded on the bank account. the SAIBA application, now uses the SAKTI application which is an integration of all these applications and is web-based. For this reason, the satker is currently trying to complete the initial balance migration process for the three modules. The initial balance migration process is preceded by closing the period at the end of 2021. After successfully migrating, the satker inputs incoming and outgoing transfers of inventory items acquired in the first semester of 2022 in the inventory module. Recording of receipts and expenditures of assets in the fixed assets module and the last step is to send the inventory and fixed asset balances to the GL and reporting (GLP) module. The data in the GLP module will be the basis for the preparation of the Satker Financial Reports. Keep the spirit for LK compilers in order to achieve accurate and accountable Financial Statements.
