Employee Rotation in BPS Salatiga City

In order to refresh the working atmosphere, the City of Salatiga BPS conducts employee rotation in its neighborhood. Starting from November 1, 2020, there have been 4 (four) employee changes. The four employees are Zaini Miftah, staff of the Social Statistics Section, who are staff of the Production Statistics Section; Philipus Kristanto, staff of the Production Statistics Section become staff of the Social Statistics Section; Sri Irijanti, S.ST, staff of the Social Statistics Section to become staff of the Distribution Statistics Section; and Yuyun Tri Hartanti, staff of the Distribution Statistics Section as staff of the Social Statistics Section. Employee rotation is expected to refresh the atmosphere in the work environment so that it can improve employee performance in the Salatiga City BPS environment. This was conveyed by the Head of the Salatiga City BPS, Satriono at the morning rally on November 3, 2020.
