Abstract

Throughout 2017 to 2019, the IPG of Salatiga City is getting further from 100, which indicates the development gap between men and women in Salatiga, which is 95.34 in 2017, then 95.12 in 2018 and becomes 95.00 in 2019. In 2020, human development according to gender shows improvement as indicated by the GPA of 95.18.
