Coordination Meeting and Socialization of Love Village Statistics in 2024

On May 7 2024, at the Plumpungan room of the Salatiga City regional secretariat, BPS Salatiga City together with the Salatiga Communication and Information Service held a Coordination Meeting and Socialization activity for the Love Statistics Village (Cantik Village). This activity was attended by all sub-district heads and village heads of Salatiga City. The aim of holding this activity is to provide outreach about the Beautiful Village Development Program to all sub-district and sub-district officials. In general, this program is an effort to increase the competency of sub-district officials in managing and utilizing data so that development planning in sub-district areas is more useful and targeted. Cantik Village development activities go through several stages, namely; coordination and outreach, identification of sub-district needs, activity design, series of coaching, monitoring and evaluation activities. The timeline starts from January to the end of the year. Currently in the socialization stage, then from October to December a report, assessment and award for the best Beautiful Village will be prepared. In Salatiga there are 4 sub-districts and 23 sub-districts, but only 1 sub-district will be intensively developed every year and in 2024 the Randuacir sub-district will be selected as the sub-district to be developed. At this coordination meeting there was also a knowledge sharing session by the Tingkir Tengah sub-district, which last year was a sub-district that was included in the Cantik Village program. With this socialization, it is hoped that all officials can contribute and provide full support for the realization of Cantik Village.
