Abstract

This publication presents the analysis results of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) conducted by the BPS-Statistics Salatiga Municipality in 2024. The survey aims to identify the needs and satisfaction of consumers with the statistical data and information provided by BPS-Statistics Indonesia, to improve the quality of public services in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services.The survey results show that the implementation of Data Needs Survey (SKD)at the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) BPS-Statistics Salatiga Municipalitywent well. The Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) shows a score of 100, while the Customer Satisfaction Index (IKK) reached 96.55, an increase of 0.42 points from the previous year.
