Internalization of the Manifestation of Core Values BerAkhlak

BPS-Statistics Salatiga Municipality conducted an activity on the Internalization of Manifestation of Core Values BerAkhlak for ASN (State Civil Apparatus). This activity was attended by all employees of BPS-Statistics Salatiga Municipality, totaling 25 participants. The objective of this activity was to provide an understanding of the core values of Integrity and their implementation through the manifestation of daily behavior by employees and their work environment. This activity serves as the starting point for the internalization of the Organizational Culture Survey (SBO), which will be conducted to identify the behavioral patterns (habits) of employees within the work unit, ranging from attitudes or behaviors, norms, values, to assumptions related to the integration of individuals in performing their jobs.
