ANNUAL VIMK ENUMERATION 2024

The 2024 Annual VIMK (Micro Small Industry Survey) census was carried out from July to September 6, 2024. The 2024 Annual VIMK Census was held in Salatiga City with a sample of 35 Census Blocks.

Statistical partners carried out the 2024 Annual VIMK field enumeration, while the supervisors were statistical partners and Salatiga City BPS employees who had been previously trained, for understanding the material and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) by officers. Implementing the 2024 Annual VIMK field census was preceded by a listing stage using the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) method with a fluent application developed by BPS to speed up the processing process. This was then continued with the 2024 Annual IMK Survey sample enumeration using the PAPI (Pencil and Paper Personal Interviewing) mode.

In general, the 2024 Annual IMK Survey aims to present data on micro and small-scale business/company activities according to the first 2 digits of the Standard Business Field Classification (KBLI) up to the provincial level. From the results of the 2024 Annual VIMK field census, it is hoped that we will be able to obtain quality statistical data on micro and small industries for better development planning and evaluation.
