Initial Coordination of 2024 Cantik Village Development

The Beautiful Village Program is one of the innovations from BPS which aims to accelerate the implementation of bureaucratic reform at the sub-district level, considering that the sub-district is the public institution closest to the community and at the forefront of development. The specific aim of the Cantik Village program is to increase the capacity of sub-districts in managing and utilizing statistical data, identifying data needs and the potential of sub-districts to support development.

 

This year, Randuacir Village will become the Main Village for the 2024 Cantik Village Development, so good coordination and communication is needed from the start, so that the Cantik Village development will run well and sustainably. For this reason, on Thursday 18 April 2024, at the Randuacir sub-district, initial coordination was carried out to discuss preparations for the 2024 Cantik Village Development. This activity was attended by the Cantik Village Team from BPS Salatiga City, representatives from the Salatiga City Communication and Information Service and the Head of Randuacir Village and her staff.

 

At this meeting, the Head of Randuacir Subdistrict, Mrs. Dian Widhinafisa, S.STP, gave an overview of what data is available in Randuacir subdistrict and what potential exists in the subdistrict. Meanwhile, the team from BPS Salatiga City provided several inputs, including regarding the consistency of data displayed both on the web and social media, displaying it in the form of infographics containing the latest data and data series they have. Through the Beautiful Village program, it is hoped that the village information system can be optimized.
